The phone don't appear in account after instalation.
After the license extension, the application only worked for one day.
If I saw that it did not work at all, I uninstalled the application from the account on the my.thetruthspy platform, then deleted the device from the account.
I reinstalled the application following all the steps in the presented tutorial, at the end I clicked "Start monitor", I didn't see "register" so I could connect with the address on my personal account (in my.thetruthspy) and nothing happened, the page with "Start monitor" closing.
I connected on the phone with user and password, the target phone does not appear in the list. I also connected on the laptop, the phone does not appear in the list either.
I repeated several times the application activation steps by calling #2013*, the Start monitor window appears, but after I click, nothing happens. The phone does not appear in the account.
What can I do to make the phone appear in the account or how can I add the phone?

I followed all the installation settings and did this several times. Does Device Health need to be set as an administrator on the phone?
After installation, I called the application to the number displayed in the account to redisplay it.
The window with "START MONITOR" appeared when I click on the button to start it, nothing happens, it tries to search for the device but it automatically disconnects me.
This happens every time, here is the problem, what exactly blocks it from starting to monitor (I reset the phone after reinstalling the application)
I will check the settings as they appear for Huawei phones, but on the website there are settings up to version 8.x and I have a Huawei P30, version 12.x.
My account shows Samsung SM-G950F, which I no longer use. The Huawei P30 should appear in the account, on which the application is installed and it does not appear.
