Features not working

Ambient recordings,  photo history, key logger, notifications, network history and many more features do not work properly.  The Android version is 9 I believe but I am sure its the same as other devices I have used with this app.  Some work sometimes but others like ambient recordings and photo history have not worked at all. They app is set up correctly with all the permissions granted but I can not get it to work properly.  I have sent multiple tickets all that come back answered the same with an automated message about how to set  up the device instead of real answers to my questions and never a solution.
