Device does not exist in the system?

    I am having the same issues. When it doesn't say it doesn't exist then it says it's recording however I have no data logs and nothing happens. I'm so frustrated at this not working properly at least 50% of the time...usually when I REALLY need it to. We pay for 30 or more days of 24 hr service and we are being ripped off every time it doesn't work for us. It's ridiculous. Seriously searching for replacement app that has the same options and works when it's supposed to. At least more often than not.
