How to reset all the tracked data?

Hello,

I installed the app on my child's device one month ago, and it works perfectly (I have a 3-month license).

Yesterday I deleted all data logs at CPanel, but I forgot to back it up (download in CSV/Excel file to my PC).

How can I restart (reset) the data logs? That means I want to know again some SMS conversations between my child and his friends one week ago. It is important to me now.
