Well I believe every day I pay for is a day I need it most and it should be available to me. I'm completely fed up with the lack of any customer service, numerous downtime days and no reimbursement and paying too much for lousy service that doesn't offer a whole lot anyway. I've already started investigating and comparing other options available to me. There is bound to be something better out there. I'm going to find it. The only thing that has kept me hanging out this long is the fact that it's very inconvenient for me to get a few private minutes with the target device. Almost impossible for \me to get my hands on it unfortunately. But I will figure something out. This is annoying.
