The devices linked to my account where working fine sending Whatsapp, phone, sms, photos and all the selected records until Saturday January 19. After that no logs where received to the control panel. Then the maintenance was done Monday January 21 and then all the devices linked to my account appeared that the stopped working on the control panel.
Yesterday I uninstalled the agent on all the devices and install the new version (8.10), they are locally reporting that they have root access and also I verified this with a third party software and effectively devices are rooted correctly but the control panel is reporting that all my linked devices are "none-rooted device". I have already made the "Essential settings for Android devices" on all target phones, reinstalled again the agent, verified the root access on apps and still getting the report of "none-rooted device" on the control panel and not receiving logs from WhatsApp and other chat applications. Please your help reviewing this because before Saturday everything was working perfectly.
