Description:

Many end-users complained that the function of ambient voice recording does not work correctly. That means it works for some hours, but suddenly it stops working.
We opened a survey, and the result is: 95% of people who like this feature very much, but 59% of them meet this bug. It does not work smoothly.

We opened an investigation on this issue and considered that we have a problem with the license key of our 3rd party company who takes care of this feature for storing the media file (file of recording).
